Find some of the best surfing in the world just outside your door.
Las Brisas sits near the beach entrance to Guiones Beach, known as one of the most consistent surf breaks in the world. Every day, all year round, there are surf-able (and usually really great) waves, which is something unique to this very special place.
In addition to Playa Guiones, there is surfing close by in Garza, Playa Pelada (when the swell is right), and Ostional (for a more hollow and sometimes barreling wave). A short drive North is Marbella and South is Samara and Camaronal. You will always be able to find a new surf break, though you probably will never want to leave Guiones.
Pilates

Pilates Nosara is located at the Bhodi Tree resort, which is a short drive or walk from Las Brisas. Page Sieffert who operates Pilates Nosara has been teaching for over 15 years and provides teacher training and workshops both in Costa Rica and abroad.
Sport Fishing
The coast off of the Guanacaste Peninsula is considered some of the best sport fishing grounds in the world, with world-class fishing - including sailfish, all three types of Marlin (blue, black, and striped), dorado, wahoo, rooster fish, snapper, and yellow finned tuna.
While fishing, expect to see pods of dolphins, whales, sea turtles, and all types of marine life.
Bring home your catch and cook it on Las Brisas’s BBQ grill, for some of the freshest and tastiest fish you will ever eat.
For those who don’t love fishing, you can book sunset cruises to view dolphins, visit remote beaches, and just to enjoy the amazing views of the coastline.

ATV Rental & Tours
Part of Nosara’s beauty is its unpaved roads, which add a remote, escapist vibe to the town. One of the best ways to get around Nosara is to rent an ATV, motorized golf cart, or UTV (enclosed ATV). You can also book guided tours of local rivers, waterfalls, and surrounding hills and fields.

In addition to hosting your own private class in Las Brisas’s large yoga loft on the top floor of the rancho, there are organized classes at The Bhodi Tree, The Harmony Hotel, The Living Hotel and other locations throughout Nosara.
Like surfing, yoga is a part of life in Nosara and classes are available for practitioners of any ability and style of yoga. From basic yoga to high level teacher training and transformative retreats, there are so many yoga options to choose from in Nosara.

From kayaking up the river mouth and into the mangroves, where you will see wildlife of all kinds, to Kayaking to deserted pink beaches and islands off of Garza/Guiones, there are opportunities to both rent private kayaks and to book guided tours through several local operators.
