“Las Brisas is a fantastic rental in the Nosara/ playa guiones area. We had a group of 8 surfer teens and it was the ideal location for everyone to be able to spread out and come and go to the break and surf shops in n their own time. Highly recommend!

“Our small group of friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at Las Brisas! It’s perfectly located within a short walk from the beach, several surf shops, yoga studios, and restaurants. Other amenities such as a bank, gas station, and well-stocked grocery stores are only a short drive away.

All of the rooms at Las Brisas were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was a wonderful oasis and was partially shaded in the afternoons. We spent much of our time using the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and the living area.

This place is perfect for families and other groups looking for a relaxing vacation.”

“This was my family’s second stay at Las Brisas. I highly recommend it for a group of 8-12. We love the private compound with the pool, common living area and open kitchen. We love the easy access to the beach at Playa Guinones. It’s a 3 minute walk. It is also very close to Harbor Reef and the Beach Dog Cafe for delicious meals.”

“Paradise!!! The property is gorgeous and spacious ( there were 8 of us and had plenty of room) and 2 minutes from a great surf beach which was never too crowded! Ed, the property manager met us on arrival, checked in on us frequently with tips on the area and things to do, and saw us off the day we left. Daisy, the housekeeper was lovely and helpful. Many things to do-but the beach was our go to place. Great places to eat-locals warm and friendly. Should have done 10 days instead of 7! Next time!”

“We spent a week at Las Brisas. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. You are just a short stroll from the ocean and the main street with all it’s shops and restaurants. The property is large and spacious, much bigger than the anything else we saw in Nosara. And it is superbly maintained. There is a wonderful housekeeper there every day. (Make sure you ask Daisy to make her famous Chicken for you!) The house has so many wonderful amenities. It can accommodate large groups without feeling cramped. You can tell the owners truly take pride in their home, and we loved staying there. I can’t wait to go back!”

“I brought a group of 9 to Las Brisas de Nosara in September to celebrate my 30th birthday. We were a mix of couples and singles, so the layout with 2 master bedrooms and several other rooms was ideal for our group. We loved having the outdoor kitchen and living area in the rancho - this is where we congregated when at the house. Some of the group could be cooking or hanging out in the shade and still be able to talk to those in the pool. We cooked about half of our meals at the house and found that we had all the dishes and kitchen tools we needed. Daisy, the housekeeper, came 3 times during our stay to clean and do our laundry (next time we’ll be able to pack lighter knowing that’s available). The caretakers were so hospitable, dropping in to check on us, arranging transportation from the airport, and picking up groceries before our arrival.

The location really can’t be beat. The beach is a short walk from the house. We also walked to many nearby restaurants (Harbor Reef Hotel, Beach Dog Cafe - a favorite, Rosi’s Soda, Al Chile, etc.), shops, the bank, and the market. For places further afield, we arranged an inexpensive shuttle ride.
